It's the good doctor's B-Day next week. I went out this morning and got her flowers, it was $195 including snacks and groceries for a couple weeks.
I wanted to take her out to a new bar I saw in New Haven a couple weeks ago on my way to the credit union and see if there was any dancing there, but the weather is really crapping out here.
She should be happy when she comes downstairs, I cleaned a lot of the black stuff out of the tub/shower earlier this week.
Join us for the party!
I can't believe she found me 43 years after drifting apart. The way she did it was genius.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIM! You better slow down, I think our ages were about 15% apart back in the day, you're probably only a percent and a quarter younger than me now.
I finally got the battery problem resolved in the Tacoma. The 11 y/o battery did take a charge, so I was able to back it out of the garage and get it away from the walls/obstructions.
While I was out yesterday, I stopped at Chip's Auto Repair to ask Chip if I could take the battery out without powering the electronics thru the OBD2 port. He said it'd be OK, so I asked him where was the best place to get a battery. Lo and behold, he just happened to have one. Date code 1-24, Interstate/NAPA $175 inc tax. It only took a deep-well 10mm 1/4" drive socket and wrench to do the job. The worst part was lifting the old one out with my arthritis- riddled hands, the new one had a handle.

Derp! The spics next door started the rev-rev-rev spic bullshit 10 minutes ago, so I started yelling "FUCK YOU, ASSHOLE SPIC!" and they went away. I knew that was the right thing to do, lol.
I worry about you. I hope you're kidding. I wouldn't even do something that dangerous.

If I'd have been thinking, I should've had Chip put one of his fancy battery analyzers on it to see what it said. 11 years has to be a record or something. I told Chip, "It's only got 11.000 miles on it (since 2013 new) it should've lasted a lot longer."
"That's not how it works, Pac"
"Well, DUH!"
I wonder what he'll think about the oil? I've only put a thousand miles on it since the last oil change I did, a year and a half ago. Does oil travel through time like batteries, or do the miles count there?
OMG! Is there anybody or anything that hasn't died after meeting Packhound? That dog video brought tears to my eyes and I'm not supposed to cry.
Jim said that somebody named him the black widower. The only people he hasn't killed seems to be his ex wife and that bitch old woman ex girlfriend that won't leave him alone.
Don't ever let him tell you the story about Beirut. He had me crying like a baby. I've seen his physical scars. I wonder what's under the surface. You don't want to get him mad.
Dakkie, it's not as bad as Doc makes it out to be. I went through a shit- ton of counselling after Beirut 23Oct1983, as did everybody who was involved I'd guess. At what number do you stop counting the bodies? 1, 2, n?
I think Kimmy is carrying a lot of survival guilt and fear (she had some shots forced on her) over the clot-shots. She's not a research scientist.
Jim, I loved listening to you guys bandy back and forth when my Jim put us on speakerphone. I love you both. That's why I thought you might be brothers in the past.
Kim.
p.s. I want to dance with my man without wheels. You can't get to close on skates or you'll crash.
I hope I can meet you someday if my life ever settles down.
This was the period where Ronnie Lane was too sick to play, thanks to MS and their Jew ripoff manager Don Arden. Lane was replaced by Tetsu Yamauchi, seen in this video. Arden later sicked his dogs on his daughter, Sharon Osborne, resulting in a miscarriage of her first pregnancy.
