The State of Texas has launched a lawsuit against Pfizer and its drug manufacturer, Tris Pharma, after evidence revealed the companies sold ADHD medication to children even though they knew the drug was ineffective and caused brain damage.
The suit, filed by Attorney General Ken Paxton in the Harrison County District Court, claims that Pfizer knowingly distributed a drug used for treating (ADHD) to children on Medicaid despite the drugs extremely harmful side effects.
