Bidet and his freakshow made that mandatory on all cars built in 2025 and beyond as well as mandating that cars shut down if it "thinks" you're impaired (or swerve to avoid an accident etc.).
My insurance rates have doubled post-Bidet to cover the cost of EVs which are extraordinarily expensive to repair even for minor damage.
The goal is to limit mobility and force people out of their cars and into public transportation.

(Edit) My buddy Rainman, a trucker, tells me that Google is building a massive complex just east of New Haven, IN on a 750 acre site. I think he said the codename for it is 'Phoenix' or something. It's supposed to be a secret.
