All my buddies were MIA today. I swung by River City to see if Rainman's big rig was there, nope. I called him, he was truckin' up by Valpo, east if Chicongo. We usually all get together at Rainman's shed. Everybody goes there. No such luck today. I'll probably be with Kimmy the rest of the weekend unless she gets called in tomorrow. I'm on my own until about dark. Heaven forbid she should ever see me sober or not hungover.
I hope Doc gets here before I consume all her booze. I'm in a vodka mood, not whiskey.

Man, that was a cool show. Michael Mann was a badass director/producer. If you haven't seen the movie "Thief", I highly recommend it. "Heat" is good too.

Dak always claims to be "handicapped." He's helo rated in in Bell Jet Rangers, Hughes 300 and 500s, UH1s, UH60s, AH1s (all series) and every fixed wing aircraft up to and including The Wright Flyer.

(Edit) FWIW, most helicopters are made for the pilot to be in the RIGHT seat (Opposite of your car) I don't know why.
