Here ya go

Administrators with the University of Texas at San Antonio filmed themselves telling student protesters that under an executive order signed by Governor Greg Abbott they'll be reported to law enforcement for criminal "antisemitic" speech if they chant "From the River to the Sea."

Gov. Abbott, a Republican, signed an Executive Order in March to require "all higher education institutions in Texas" to "review their free speech policies" to "establish appropriate punishments for antisemitic rhetoric."

Abbott said the EO was needed to make campuses a "safe space" for Jewish students.

Abbott's executive order targeting student demonstrators, UT San Antonio administrators filmed themselves telling students that if they chant "from the river to the sea," they will be reported to law enforcement. pic.twitter.com/NcdyZqcrPr— Adam Steinbaugh (@adamsteinbaugh) May 18, 2024

This wasn't an accident. This is UTSA's Senior Vice Provost for Student Affairs and Dean of Students making sure to document their enforcement of Abbott's executive order. It's a deliberate chilling of speech protected by the First Amendment.— Adam Steinbaugh (@adamsteinbaugh) May 18, 2024

A state that says free speech in protests "is of critical importance" and should be "free, robust, and uninhibited" (https://t.co/CT34GT0tGl) does not tell students that a chant will land them in law enforcement crosshairs. Or does Texas now have literal speech police?— Adam Steinbaugh (@adamsteinbaugh) May 18, 2024

Thankfully, CAIR is now suing Abbott and various university officials, rightly arguing that the executive order violates the First Amendment. https://t.co/EFkm9rQ1JM— Adam Steinbaugh (@adamsteinbaugh) May 18, 2024

Fortunately, this video can go straight into CAIR's First Amendment lawsuit filed against Gov. Abbott's blatantly illegal executive order.

AIPAC-owned Republican and Democrats declared war on the First Amendment in the wake of October 7 to shut down speech critical of Jews and Israel.

Last week, the Washington Post reported that a powerful group of influential Jewish billionaires and multimillionaires formed a private WhatsApp group chat after October 7 where they worked in concert with the Israeli government and conspired to push New York City Mayor Eric Adams to crackdown on pro-Palestine protests at Columbia University.

Sharing and discussing that fact-based reporting on Texas college campuses would undoubtedly be a criminal offense under Abbott's insane executive order.

You have to wonder if similar happening behind the scenes in states like Texas, South Dakota, Georgia and so on where Governors are similarly trashing the First Amendment by signing executive orders and bills to crack down on "antisemitic" speech.

Last year, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis flew to Israel to dine with top pro-Israel GOP megadonors in Jerusalem and then on Israeli soil signed an oppressive hate speech bill into law to jail Floridians for criticizing Jews and Israel.

Made a secret trip to JERUSALEM (!!!) with @RepMikeCaruso to deliver @GovRonDeSantis HB 269, the strongest antisemitism bill in the United States. That would explain an awful lot about this crap going on at UT San Antonio. ;)

Saturday go to sabbath

Devout practitioners of Judaism do absolutely nothing from sundown on Friday until sundown on Saturday.

I knew this old boy in Chicago who said between all the religions in the world they take up four of the seven days of the week. ;)

Oh boy, getting "reported to law enforcement." Oh no!

LOL

It's not against the law, so what would LE do? What, write 'em up for a microaggression.

Whatever happens, don't pull out a camera and record them, that's like asking to be shot. Those cameras are lethal weapons by cops' standards.
