The medics in Beirut gave me some quicky lessons in identifying dead guys...
If they're not moving and and they're eyes are open, they're probably dead.

My last practical application of that was with my mother in 2014 at hospice when I had to identify her body officially.

When we ran the big truck to Florida about 20 years ago, we had some time to kill so we went out on the gambling boat. You could not gamble until you were three miles offshore.

When we worked the Highwaymen in Chicago back in the 80s, I was personal Security for Johnny Cash during the Meet & Greet after the show.
