He says cancer is a metabolic disease.

Does not mention senescent cells which are vulnerable to cancer. I take Nattokinase and Bromelain (at separate times of the day on an empty stomach.) They kill mRNA nucleosides from people in my building who are shedding their covid vaxxes.

I also take 3 anti-inflammatory agents daily: turmeric and black pepper, hydroxy tyrosol from olive oil and 7 grain sprouted bread.

I am taking 7 anthocyanins daily: resveratrol, Black currant, elderberry, cranberry, blueberry, bilberry and as of tomorrow pomegranate.

I also eat organic broccoli at least twice a day. It prevents cancer and dementia.

My PC has been acting up so I had to read the transcript. Chrome had started to flake out so I switched to Firefox but it does not play YouTube videos which is why I read the transcript. I am going back to Chrome.

I also eat carrots every day for the Beta Carotene which he recommends. I am cooking some right now with my brown rice and red bell pepper.
