It was pretty sad. Keeping Biden in office is basically elder abuse.

That said, Trump wasn't great either. He did have a good zinger. But he only looked good in comparison to a Biden in rapid decline.

I am confident there are several other Dems who could beat Trump. Dem internal faction fight in progress.

It would be hard to come out looking like a hero when the opposition is someone so bad off you feel sorry for him. Kinda like watching an NFL football team play against a bunch of kids with down's syndrome. There's no way the NFL team can end the game looking like they played well.

Trump of course knows completely well the decline of Biden and if I were him I'd be embarrassed to be in the position of debating someone of such declined mental capability in front of the entire country as though he was in some way my equal.
