A lot of people woke up during COVID and realized that an attempt at a totalitarian state in the US was not only possible, it was happening right in front of them...
Americans Are More Likely To Go To War With The Government Than Submit To The Draft
If the U.S. gets involved in a real shooting war, there will be millions of illegals fleeing back to where they came from rather than to submit to induction into the armed services of the United States. ;)

These fuqs didn't come here to contribute, they came to extract. Hell, who wouldn't set up a sheet-metal press in their garage if they knew neighbor's complaints about noise would be ignored?
I am not one of those weak-spirited, sappy Americans who want to be liked by all the people around them. I dont care if people hate my guts; I assume most of them do. The important question is whether they are in a position to do anything about it. My affections, being concentrated over a few people, are not spread all over Hell in a vile attempt to placate sulky, worthless shits. - William S Burroughs

About 40 years ago, this woman i knew told me there was a foundry operating near her home on the north side not very far from Wrigley Field.
They filed noise complaints with the City of Chicago, and the foundry was served paperwork to respond.
In this particular instance, the owner had to show up at the hearing at City Hall. Guess who walked in? It was Richard M. Daley. Yeah, those Daley's. ;)
