I too read with prejudice. Then without prejudice so I don't know what is true.
I'll throw this out there though. First I don't care for Alec Baldwin.
From what I know about the case it seems to me that he shouldn't be guilty of a crime. Someone else gave him the gun in a movie set. He had no reason to believe it was a loaded weapon. So if there isn't something I am missing I would say not guilty at this point.
The reporter first said it was dismissed without PJ, but then said it was dismissed with PJ.

Did the prosecution intentionally do this to have the case tossed?
The box of cartridges in question was never on the set which makes them not relevant to anything. I think the judge had orders from higher up or she didn't want leftists burning down her house or she wants to get laid by Baldwin. Maybe all three.
Trump should have the same benefit in the FL case where the prosecution screwed up the box of docs.
