The bill granted early release to carjackers, rapists, bank robbers and murderers in the name of fighting "systemic racism" and helped spawn a massive crime wave. Trump should be running on cracking down on criminals to make our cities livable again but instead he's bashing Bukele for succeeding where he failed.
