I loaned out my truck for the weekend, Dr. Kimmy has a place to hide her car from Psycho Satan behind me.
I lost Jim to the CIA 44 years ago. I think I'm losing him again.
I don't think he can leave the country but he's sure not happy here. He's really upset about Angie's cancer. Her and Chris were his children. Not having his truck in the garage is eerie. I wish I could read his mine like he does mine.
Kimmy's right, aside from the guy I shot in the face that was trying to kill me, I hit some great big fat gal that was trying to kill a little guy. I tried to pull her off the guy, but it was like trying to grab a bowl of Jello without the bowl.
I couldn't get ahold, I tried to get around her neck that she didn't have, my hand ended up around her face. She bit down on my hand, I gave her two warnings to let go, she didn't, I hit her in the back of the head as hard as I could, her face hit the bar rail leaving a substantial amount of teeth behind.
The medics fixed up the little guy and bandaged my hand, the meaty part between my little finger and wrist (made you look, LOL), I'm not sure what happened to two-ton Tessie, the FWPD was in charge of her.
Needless to say, that was my last night at Bob's. "I know Bob, I quit."
FWIW, I was carrying while this event transpired. There was no thought of using a firearm.
I haven't thought about that in years. It was probably between assignments in the late 80s or early 90s. Not my finest moment, for sure, but Bob was sorry to see me go. I was the only one who wasn't stealing from him on booze or those stupid pull tab things.
We parted on good terms. I've been by the joint a few times, under a new name, but I don't need to relive the past.
