We are all heavily involved with the UCC. Each one of us has an account there listed as UCC CONTRACT ACCOUNT.

The only way to get access to this account is to be the Secured Party. Then your claim takes Priority over all others.

I have my own Security Agreement on file with the Missouri Secretary of State - UCC DIVISION. I knew this old boy in Delaware who was making up those Security Agreements. But he recently passed away.

I told a guy I work with about getting his own Security Agreement, but it was not free. The guy was charging $400 in the form of four TOTALLY BLANK U.S. Postal Money Orders for $100 each. That sort of turned him off. But you get what you pay for. How much do you fork over to the IRS and State Department of Revenue every year?

Secretaries were doing a lot of the work. I have my copy of the filing here in the pile of papers on living room table. I need to look for it. It is in Manila Envelope.

Once I find it, I can start doing those Security Agreements myself. PM me if anyone is interested.

I sent an Assignment of Account to Missouri Dept of Revenue. They sent me the tax bill again. I wrote back to them ON THEIR TAX BILL: "THE ASSIGNMENT OF ACCOUNT IS THE PAYMET OF THE TAX. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ZERO THE ACCOUNT. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN A DEFAULT JUDGMENT AGAINST THE DIRECTOR." A Default Judgment is Treble Damages.

Guess what happened next? The State tax bill disappeared.

A little more background on this. On June 5, 1933, FDR abrogated the gold standard (Bankruptcy of the United States). FED GOV called in all the gold and gold certificates. If you had a Safety Deposit box at the bank. There was a Treasury Agent there to look at the contents when you came to open it. Many people kept gold in those boxes. If he spotted any he would seize it and write you a receipt.

As a remedy for FDR abrogating the gold standard, Congress passed HJR 192 which said the U.S. Government would pay all your lawful debts. Even though HJR 102 has been repealed, they must still offer the remedy and this is found in the U.S. CODE under the section that deals with money and banking.

I am just a little rusty on all the details because of the meningitis but this is the best I can do for now.

The reason I ask is I am wondering what the the dumping of everyone's SS#'s may have to do with all this?

And also, just ran across this interesting tidbit from Anna Von Reitz, claiming that Donald Trump has filed a claim for all these accounts, or at least that's what I think she is saying:

This is just a repeat of what we have seen ever since the so-called American Civil War --- a group of British Territorials forming a commercial or municipal corporation --- naming it after us or our government, and then promoting this impersonation scheme as a means to access our credit and commit crimes of personage and barratry. They must be stopped.

If indeed Donald Trump has chosen to align himself with The Reign of the Heavens Society, this is very bad news for sane people everywhere.

I'm going to backtrack just a little. I'm just all over the place today. Somehow I happened on Karen Hudes again. I think Horse posted a video or two by her some time back. I just saw also that she had died, some say murdered, and I guess I had forgotten that. Anyway, this little comment on the video I watched this morning:

In 1933 the " Trading with the Enemies Act" was adjusted to include us( THE PEOPLE) as " enemies of the state," we are prisoners of war. This is why we need permission and/ or licenses or passports to travel, commerce, hunt, fish etc. We are occupied by a standing army, zip and area codes prove this. The original militia was us, The People. Who is the state? The Empire of The City = London, Vatican City, Washington D.C.( formerly Rome, Maryland), these are tax exempt city-states, private corporations. The courts( temples of ba'al) operate under maritime admiralty law, the law of water and assets( international law), " holy roman see/ sea," represented by the american flag with gold fringe around 3 sides, on a pole with an eagle atop. Entering a courthouse is entering foreign territory. American land is owned by the Rothschild banking cartel and we are commodities, assurities, securities, collateral for the debt of the privately owned federal reserve( US central bank); Birth certificates printed on bond paper and ssn/ sin prove this. We are traded on the stock market and our " father" is the beast, it's there on the birth certificate, no father's name, we are " bastards," so the state, by default, is our father = we are wards of the court. Civil servants i.e. military, policy enforcers( police), and politicians, swear an oath to the corporate constitution( THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA) all caps = legal fiction, which is for the City-State of the Empire, to serve and protect them. This is how/ why " they" can trample " rights" ( prisoners do not have rights) and, quite literally, get away with murder, rape, brutality, fraud, and all other forms of crimes against mankind."
