We are all heavily involved with the UCC. Each one of us has an account there listed as UCC CONTRACT ACCOUNT. The only way to get access to this account is to be the Secured Party. Then your claim takes Priority over all others. I have my own Security Agreement on file with the Missouri Secretary of State - UCC DIVISION. I knew this old boy in Delaware who was making up those Security Agreements. But he recently passed away. I told a guy I work with about getting his own Security Agreement, but it was not free. The guy was charging $400 in the form of four TOTALLY BLANK U.S. Postal Money Orders for $100 each. That sort of turned him off. But you get what you pay for. How much do you fork over to the IRS and State Department of Revenue every year? Secretaries were doing a lot of the work. I have my copy of the filing here in the pile of papers on living room table. I need to look for it. It is in Manila Envelope. Once I find it, I can start doing those Security Agreements myself. PM me if anyone is interested. I sent an Assignment of Account to Missouri Dept of Revenue. They sent me the tax bill again. I wrote back to them ON THEIR TAX BILL: "THE ASSIGNMENT OF ACCOUNT IS THE PAYMET OF THE TAX. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ZERO THE ACCOUNT. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN A DEFAULT JUDGMENT AGAINST THE DIRECTOR." A Default Judgment is Treble Damages. Guess what happened next? The State tax bill disappeared. A little more background on this. On June 5, 1933, FDR abrogated the gold standard (Bankruptcy of the United States). FED GOV called in all the gold and gold certificates. If you had a Safety Deposit box at the bank. There was a Treasury Agent there to look at the contents when you came to open it. Many people kept gold in those boxes. If he spotted any he would seize it and write you a receipt. As a remedy for FDR abrogating the gold standard, Congress passed HJR 192 which said the U.S. Government would pay all your lawful debts. Even though HJR 102 has been repealed, they must still offer the remedy and this is found in the U.S. CODE under the section that deals with money and banking. I am just a little rusty on all the details because of the meningitis but this is the best I can do for now. As I said earlier, if anyone is interested in getting their own Security Agreement, send me a PM. ;)

About four or five years ago. I also had two IRS liens on me in Lebanon where I was living when driving trucks. I called Laclede County Recorders Office. They said, "Send a check for $4 and a SASE. We will send copies." I had Lexington Law, credit repair lawyers in Salt Lake City challenge them. The IRS could not prove I owed the tax and were forced to withdraw the liens. My Credit Karma used to say "2" for Public Filings and it now says "0". The proof is in the pudding. This old boy I knew in Delaware said, "You are not a doctor, lawyer or gun dealer." Those are registered professions, and they owe the tax. ;)
Alcohol, tobacco, and firearms. Lawyers come under the B.A.R. (British Accredited Registry) and they come under the Crown. Didn't know about doctors. Hmmmm. Did you get a chance to look at Trump's UCC filing? I'm wondering after looking at it again just now, did he use it to pay off (ahem, discharge) his court fine? I didn't follow any of that AT ALL, so this may be a stupid question. see this: vs. what he, or someone, wrote on page 4 of his UCC filing: "Accepted for value, return for discharge, Exempt from Levy....Pay to order of U.S. Treasury...etc." https://annavonreitz.com/trumpucc1lien.pdf I'm not that familiar with the UCC filings, but this almost looks to pea-brain me like proof that they work!
