We are all heavily involved with the UCC. Each one of us has an account there listed as UCC CONTRACT ACCOUNT. The only way to get access to this account is to be the Secured Party. Then your claim takes Priority over all others. I have my own Security Agreement on file with the Missouri Secretary of State - UCC DIVISION. I knew this old boy in Delaware who was making up those Security Agreements. But he recently passed away. I told a guy I work with about getting his own Security Agreement, but it was not free. The guy was charging $400 in the form of four TOTALLY BLANK U.S. Postal Money Orders for $100 each. That sort of turned him off. But you get what you pay for. How much do you fork over to the IRS and State Department of Revenue every year? Secretaries were doing a lot of the work. I have my copy of the filing here in the pile of papers on living room table. I need to look for it. It is in Manila Envelope. Once I find it, I can start doing those Security Agreements myself. PM me if anyone is interested. I sent an Assignment of Account to Missouri Dept of Revenue. They sent me the tax bill again. I wrote back to them ON THEIR TAX BILL: "THE ASSIGNMENT OF ACCOUNT IS THE PAYMET OF THE TAX. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ZERO THE ACCOUNT. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN A DEFAULT JUDGMENT AGAINST THE DIRECTOR." A Default Judgment is Treble Damages. Guess what happened next? The State tax bill disappeared. A little more background on this. On June 5, 1933, FDR abrogated the gold standard (Bankruptcy of the United States). FED GOV called in all the gold and gold certificates. If you had a Safety Deposit box at the bank. There was a Treasury Agent there to look at the contents when you came to open it. Many people kept gold in those boxes. If he spotted any he would seize it and write you a receipt. As a remedy for FDR abrogating the gold standard, Congress passed HJR 192 which said the U.S. Government would pay all your lawful debts. Even though HJR 102 has been repealed, they must still offer the remedy and this is found in the U.S. CODE under the section that deals with money and banking. As a remedy for FDR abrogating the gold standard, Congress passed HJR 192 which said the U.S. Government would pay all your lawful debts. Even though HJR 102 has been repealed, they must still offer the remedy and this is found in the U.S. CODE under the section that deals with money and banking. I am just a little rusty on all the details because of the meningitis but this is the best I can do for now. You're doing great. I have to keep reviewing all this material to refresh my memory and I'm always on so many different tracks. What you said about HJR 192 being repealed reminded me of an article I had read many years ago. The article went down, but fortunately someone saved it. The law in this instance, per the actual "Statutes at Large" books, is identified as: "Chap. 48, 48 Stat. 112". I went down to the SMU Law Library, found it, and photo-copied it for myself. It contains the very same wording as "HJR-192"; however, one is a resolution and one is a Public Law. Kevin's Rule #4 - "Always do your own homework. Verify everything. If I refer to "HJR-192", am I not telling the listener or reader that I am a subject of Congress, and that I am a citizen of the UNITED STATES?? Sorry, but that is the last thing I want to say. I can, however, say that the Federal Government has placed insufficient amounts of lawful money in general circulation, i.e., gold and silver coinage, thus, forcing me to "discharge" my debts with commercial paper, i.e., putting them off to a future point in time, and restricting my obligation as a sovereign to "pay" a debt. The Federal Government took away my ability to pay a debt with lawful money, but that doesn't make me a subject of Congress or of the Federal Government, and thus, their resolution does not apply to me. However, their obligation to me under their Public Law does apply to me because there is insufficient lawful money in general circulation to meet the needs of the people, which includes me. When the Federal Government took much of our lawful money out of general circulation in 1933, i.e., gold coins, thus leaving an insufficient amount of lawful money in general circulation to meet the needs of the people, i.e., only silver coins remaining, the Congress was required to give the people a remedy. Public Law: "Chap. 48, 48 Stat. 112" is that remedy. It states that the Federal Government will pay my debts, dollar for dollar. Note: It doesn't say that the government will pay for anything I desire to buy (like a car), only that it will pay my legitimate debts. Most, if not all, of the State Constitutions require the State to pay its debts in gold and silver coin. By taking away a State Government's ability to comply with it's Constitutional mandate of paying its debts in gold and silver coin, the Federal Government involuntarily restricted a State Government's ability to function in a de jure capacity. The de jure States went into suspension after the following four acts were committed: (1) the taking of gold coins out of general circulation in 1933, (2) in 1964, the U. S. Mint ceased minting any more silver coins, (3) in 1968, Silver Certificates could no longer be redeemed for silver, and (4) on August 15, 1971, President Nixon closed the Gold Window, thus stopping the redemption of foreign-held dollars for gold. At that point in time, the U. S. Dollar was backed solely by the full faith and credit of the American people, and the States could no longer function in a de jure capacity while in a state of suspension. The States went into suspension because the Federal Government involuntarily forced the State to pay its officers, judges, employees, etc. with something other than gold and silver coin, which was required by the State Constitution. This "something other than gold and silver coin" was nothing more than "fiat" money, or script, back by nothing but the labor of the people. Thus, Constitutionally, the States could no longer function in a de jure capacity because it no longer had the ability to pay its debts in the form mandated by its Constitution, i.e., contract with the people. Was HJR-192 Repealed ? By: Kevin, of the family: Hines Page 3 of 4 Since the Federal Government took away the gold coin money in 1933, thus causing the States to suspend operations by preventing them from honoring their obligation to pay their debts in gold and silver coin, then there had to be a remedy. "Chap 48, 48 Stat. 112" is the remedy, not just for the States, but also for the sovereign men and women who created the States. Until gold and silver coinage is reinstated in sufficient quantities for general circulation, that remedy cannot be repealed. Congress may have repealed some parts of "HJR-192", or even all of it, because "HJR-192" is merely a resolution for Congress and its subjects. However, the true remedy is provided to the people by Public Law: "Chap 48, 48 Stat. 112". Until the State Governments come out of suspension, by the Federal Government's placing sufficient quantities of lawful money into general circulation, your remedy, pursuant to "Chap 48, 48 Stat. 112" cannot be repealed and will continue to be there. The remedy of the subjects/citizens found at "HJR-192" might not be there because their remedy is nothing but a resolution, but the remedy of the sovereign found at Public Law: "Chap 48, 48 Stat. 112" will still be there because a sovereign's remedy is Public Law. If, as many uninformed sovereigns claim, the promise that the Federal Government will pay your debts, dollar for dollar, is no longer valid, then these sovereigns have no basis for claiming their remedy by using the 1099-OID process for the refund of out-of pocket funds expended to pay their debts. Either (1) you believe that the Federal Government repealed your remedy, and therefore, there is no 1099-OID refund process available to you, or (2) you believe the Government has an obligation to pay your debts, dollar for dollar, and therefore, the 1099-OID process for a refund is your remedy and you can use it to recover the funds you expended to take care of your debt obligations. You can't believe your remedy has been repealed, and then try to claim your remedy by asking for a refund using the 1099-OID process. Now that you understand the difference between a resolution and a Public Law (and why your remedy was given to you), you may recall how a well-known "patriot attorney" who specializes in tax matters has worked hard to intentionally mislead sovereign men and women into believing that their remedy has been repealed. HOGWASH!!! He's talking about a subject's remedy by resolution, not a sovereign's remedy by Public Law. Please do your homework and think outside the box before disseminating patriot mythology to others, possibly causing them to stumble by your lack of research and knowledge. I'm going to backtrack just a little. I'm just all over the place today. Somehow I happened on Karen Hudes again. I think Horse posted a video or two by her some time back. " The Bill of Rights" were the first 10 amendments of the original document. In 1933 the " Trading with the Enemies Act" was adjusted to include us( THE PEOPLE) as " enemies of the state," we are prisoners of war. This is why we need permission and/ or licenses or passports to travel, commerce, hunt, fish etc. We are occupied by a standing army, zip and area codes prove this. The original militia was us, The People. Who is the state? The Empire of The City = London, Vatican City, Washington D.C.( formerly Rome, Maryland), these are tax exempt city-states, private corporations. It surrendered this nation's sovereignty and sold the American people into slavery to a cabal of arch-charlatan international bankers who proceeded to plunder, bankrupt, and conquer this nation with a money swindle. The Federal Reserve Act forced us to pay compound interest on thin air. We now use worthless "notes" backed by our own credit that we cannot own and are made subject to compelled performance for the "privilege". From 1913 until 1933, the United States paid the "interest" with more and more gold. The structured inevitability soon transpired: the Treasury was empty, the debt was greater than ever, and the United States declared bankruptcy. In exchange for using notes belonging to bankers who create them out of nothing on our own credit, we are forced to repay in substance (labor, property, land, businesses, resources, life in ever-increasing amounts. This may have been the greatest heist and fraud of all time. When a government goes bankrupt, it loses its sovereignty. In 1933 the United States declared bankruptcy, as expressed in Roosevelt's Executive Orders 6073, 6102, 6111, and 6260, House Joint Resolution 192 of June 5, 1933, confirmed in Perry v. About four or five years ago. I also had two IRS liens on me in Lebanon where I was living when driving trucks. I called Laclede County Recorders Office. They said, "Send a check for $4 and a SASE. I sent the Missouri Department of Revenue an Assignment of Account to "pay" the state income tax. They sent me the tax bill again. I wrote back to them ON THEIR TAX BILL, "The Assignment of Account IS the payment of the tax. You are required to zero the account. Failure to zero the account may lead to a DEFAULT JUDGMENT against the Director." A Default Judgment is Treble damages. After that the tax bill disappeared. When you threaten their pocketbook it sends a wake up call. I still have not been able to locate my copy of the UCC filing that was made in 2012. I am sure it must be here somewhere on the premises. I sent the Missouri Secretary of State an email which gave the file number and date of filing. It seems that 2024 is the last year files from 2012 are available. I also told them I did an electronic renewal of that filing a couple of years ago. As Collateral, I listed UCC CONTRACT ACCOUNT, and it hyperlinked. That is proof the account is real. I cannot recall how many pages were in the filing. The cost of a UCC 11 is $27 plus $1 per page. I will have to send them Postal Mooney Order since I do not have the check book. There was at one time a conference call that was conducted every week about how the UCC affects our lives and why you must have your own UCC filing and be the Secured Party. Once your filing has been done in your state of residence and you are the Secured Party, your claim takes Priority over all others (IRS and state tax agencies). The way those taxes are PAID is by the use of the Assignment of Account. On that document there is a place it can be endorsed by the agency it was sent to. The IRS knows what these Assignments are since they have seen them before. But these dummies in Missouri are not so bright since they sent me the tax bill again. The remedy for their stupidity is the DEFAULT JUDGMENT which is Treble Damages. Their lawyers are in the Department of Justice since they are government entities. Next thing on the agenda for me is to get the DOJ to look up the old court files from the 70s which are all on microfiche now. There is just too much paperwork involved. Let their lawyers petition to find out what the "weapon" was in the UUW charges. I had no gun charges on me in the 70s. Since the U.S. went bankrupt in 1933, all new money has to be borrowed into existence. All states started issuing serial-numbered, certificated "warehouse receipts" for births and marriages in order to pledge us as collateral against those loans and municipal bonds taken out with the Federal Reserve's banks. The "Full faith and Credit" of the American people is said to be that which back the nation's debt. That simply means the American people's ability to labor and pay back that debt.
