Judge Merchan may Sentence to Trump to prison
The Supreme Court killed most of the lawfare against former President Donald Trump with their Presidential immunity ruling.
But that doesn’t mean all the Democrat prosecutors and judges gave up on their scheme to help their party’s nominee win the election.
Fox News host Bill Hemmer reminded viewers that Judge Juan Merchan is set to sentence Trump on September 18 in the rigged show trial Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg brought against him.
Hemmer asked his guest, former Justice Department official John Yoo, what he expected to see at sentencing.
“Five weeks from yesterday, Judge [Juan] Merchan will sentence Donald Trump. Okay, now he’s been asked yet again to step aside, He refuses to do that. How do you see this playing? What does the judge do? What is the impact the day after?” Hemmer asked.
