The fact that Kim has sent North Korean troops to help the Russians is proof enough they do not have sufficient reserves to reinforce the Kursk region.

BS. Ukraine attacked Kursk to save the rest of their troops in the Donbass. He did not pull troops. Now the Donbass is falling apart.

30,000 Ukrainian, NATO and mercenaries died in the Kursk region for this stunt.
