I HAVE RELUCTANTLY ACKNOWLEDGED that literacy is so much in decline in America that only videos will reach many people. Hence, I have decided to expand my small stable of videos on the income tax-- available in part on my Rumble channel here ( http://rumble.com/c/c-1109321 ), and in part on my YouTube channel here ( http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCO6lZpgW_15HUwtXRh3wdvA ) (mostly testimonials, but including a few dozen instructionals, as well)-- with brief, bite-sized piece-of-the-puzzle treatments of key aspects of the tax. Here is the first of these little films: [VIDEO AT LINK http://losthorizons.com/N/282.htm#1 ] IN ONE 9 1/2 MINUTE VIDEO, I will show you beyond doubt or argument that what qualifies as "income" in the American income tax is only a very specialized variety of "what comes in". Watch, learn, get delighted, or furious, or both, and share, share, share. Visit http://losthorizons.com/BulletinBoard.htm to see what this revelation has meant to hundreds of thousands of your fellow Americans. *** IT IS MY HOPE that you folks will help spread these around so that the greatest number of people possible will see them, have a chance to get intrigued, and begin digging in. Sharing can be done with this article permalink (preferred), or with this link to the post on Rumble. An audio file, for those who would find that most convenient, can be found here. Please put some effort into this, folks. Remember, in the end, the real security for our rights-- and the real guardianship of the rule of law-- lies with the American people, rather than with any official or institution. *** Now, do you want this article to make a difference? Thats because most of the American public, including the accountants they have depend- ed upon, have been misdirected by the wording of the United States tax code. The tax code is legal and constitutional, but its terminology is misleading, to the point of being fraudulent, as you will see in this report. If you are blindly heeding the directions of your Certified Public Accountant or other tax professional regarding the filing and paying of income taxes, the great likelihood is that for many years now, you have been paying taxes that you dont actually owe. Until fairly recently, when the tax code was fully digitized and thus easily accessible to computer searches, it was virtually impossible to penetrate its 3.5 million words and make sense of it. It was an undecipherable mess. Now, all has been made clear. Specifically, it is now known that the entire tax code, as a practical matter, is keyed to the legal definitions of certain terms which are used constantly throughout the code and in virtually all IRS forms, letters, and instructions. What follows here is an insight into these legal definitions (Terms of Art) and what they legally mean. This is not theory, nor is it conjecture. It is based on the actual terms in the code which anyone can read. The IRS hates this information to become public knowledge, because it results in more and more folks becoming wise to the true nature of the tax. Following in Bold Face are some key terms used constantly in the tax code but which are unknowingly given ordinary definitions. Ordinary meanings for those words dont apply. They are superseded by the tax code definitions. Study them, and show them to your tax accountant for his study and background. Very probably he hasnt a clue about them. To start, let me ask you if you as a business individual are engaged in a Trade or Business? If you are like most others, you will answer quickly yes. However, your particular enterprise is not likely to be the trade or business defined in the tax code. Moreover, you may be working for yourself, but you are probably not self-employed. You may have workers on your payroll, but you are very probably not an employer, nor are you paying your workers wages. Note the following legal terms very closely..." https://losthorizons.com/TaxGuideforBusinessmen.pdf share this! ======================= The Federal Income Tax is a tax on federally-connected income, and income is a legal term. You are entitled to seek refunds of federal taxes going back three years. What a nice boost to struggling families and to the struggling economy if everyone took advantage of this. If you live in a state that piggybacks its income taxes as a percentage of the Federal, you are entitled to a refund of those taxes as well. Some states are very cooperative. I believe Texas is one. Some will hem and haw. There are help groups on the website from at least some of the states, maybe all of them. ===================== "The Lost Horizons Bulletin Board THE LONG STACK OF LINKS BELOW connect to more than a thousand examples of the hundreds of thousands of complete income tax refunds and zero liability admissions being continuously secured from the federal and 38 state and local governments since 2003 by readers of 'Cracking the Code- The Fascinating Truth About Taxation In America'-- Social security and Medicare taxes included. These victories for the rule of law range in size from very small amounts to individual refunds or retentions worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. As you'll see in the documentation at the bottom of this page, every one of these refunds has been thoroughly vetted by the government before being issued, and all have issued even while the government has striven mightily to suppress the knowledge of the law by which these claims are made..." You got me motivated to visit my tax-babe Christa today. I had some running around to do, so I picked up a bouquet of flowers and dropped them off and we chatted for about an hour. It's always good to see her and the gals. I got a couple of compliments on my Hawaiian shirt that I wear like a jacket to cover my gun in the summer.
LOL on the shirt to cover the carry. How sweet to bring flowers!...I bet they look forward to seeing you too.
Hey, it works. Thanks to Temu and Amazon I can get exactly the colors I want. I just started doing that last summer. I love buying cute gals flowers. Some ugly ones too, if they have the right attitude. Actually, all of them have to have the right attitude. Or be dead. They do. They know my name. It's a tradition after my tax time to send them flowers and fancy candy (like chocolate-covered strawberries from 1800flowers.com) after-the-fact to relieve stress for them. I should've got them an assortment of Halloween candy for the office today. Tomorrow's another day... Normally, Christa costs me $400/hr at tax time. I got it for $12.00 + tax today. I love Christa and the gals, they love me. Kimmy's lucky they're all happily married. When I told Christa me and Kimmy are getting married when her divorce is finalized, she about fainted. I suppose 45 years of playing hard-to-get is enough.
I doubt the Amazon processor that approved my turbotax download could pick me out of a crowd. God how I envy you.

Christa really saved my ass in 2019 or whenever it was. TurboTax fucked me on the Obamacare thing. I found Christa through some Better Business website. She redid them. Then my younger sister died and they sent me the residual and Christa did it again. I got a hug coming in and one going out today. I love that gal, she saved me. I'll never forget that. If nothing else, I'm loyal.
