It plays a crucial role in various biological functions, including building cell membranes, producing hormones, and aiding in the absorption of vitamins. My blood pressure is 125/ 65. I started by taking a German herbal formula to improve my echocardiogram. I went on to add beet powder to lower BP. Then I went on a high anthocyanin regime (resveratrol is one of many) with spirulina and now astaxanthin. I graduated from high school the summer before Israel killed President Kennedy.
