How are kids supposed to learn eating this garbage? They would be better off eating nothing at all. This is one way to control a population, through poor nutrition. Federal meal requirements for breakfast: www.ecfr.gov/current/title-7/subtitle-B/chapter-II/subchapter-A/part- 220/section-220.8
