This program reminds me of IFTA which is used by truckers to figure out the number of miles driven in each state. That seems fine since all states have some amount of interstate and U.S. highways in them. But they also include miles driven on State highways and even County roads.
What this amounts to is more paperwork for the average citizen.
And although we are all engaged in Commerce because we are forced to use THEIR Federal Reserve Notes as money since June 5, 1933 when FDR declared the United States to be bankrupt and insolvent.
He then required all citizens to turn in their gold coins and Gold Certificates for $20.67/oz. Then the gold was revalued to $35/oz.
Ft. Knox is empty except for the 90% pure gold from melted coins. The Federal Reserve Bank has taken the gold as Collateral on the debt. So as the debt rises so does the value of gold.
A lot of people kept those 400 oz gold bars in a safe deposit box. If you went to the bank to gain access to your box, there was a Treasury agent there to see what the contents were.
There was no privacy allowed. But the smart people kept their gold and passed is along to their progeny. ;)
