Six days ago, Alejandro Arcos took office as mayor of Chilpancingo, the capital city of the state of Guerrero, in southern Mexico. Three days ago, in one of his first public appearances, Arcos, a member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI), condemned the murder of his right-hand man in the town hall, Francisco Tapia, who was shot at point- blank range. This Sunday, Alejandro Arcos’s lifeless body was found inside a car parked in the middle of the street. His head, however, was found on the outside, on the roof of the vehicle. It was the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) that reported the mayor’s murder and beheading on Monday. Apparently, around 5:00 p.m. local time (midnight Spanish peninsular time) on Sunday, residents informed authorities that there was a human head on the hood of a car. Mayors of Cebu City didn't live long, I don't recall any beheadings most were killed by gun fire or an occasional bomb. I lived in Olongapo from 1982 to 1992. Olo ng apo means head of the old man, it was a Tribal boundary marker.
Is that in your native country? Or do you just think like a foreigner?
It is a city, a city where the native language is Tagalog, Tagalog is one of the languages I speak, I learned to speak it in a city called Olongapo.
