Note: Barb is pro vegetarian (and she pushes this) , my wife and I get our proteins from the MEATS we eat.

I used dandelions from our lawn when I had non alcoholic fatty liver and it helped me a lot. We have NEVER put pesticides on our lawns...

Also we use distilled white vinegar as fabric softener (in the washing machine), it also removes the chemical residue in the clothing from the soap. AND we started putting distilled white white vinegar in our dishwasher in a short cycle AFTER it has cleaned the dishes. Not many folks know that the dish soap has many chemicals in it BUT the vinegar removes them from all the dishes.
