THE WASHINGTON TIMES June 12, 2006 The Department of Homeland Security allowed a man to enter its headquarters last week using a fake Matricula Consular card as identification, despite federal rules that say the Mexican-issued card is not valid ID at government buildings. Bruce DeCell, a retired New York City police officer, used his phony card -- which lists his place of birth as "Tijuana, B.C." and his address as "123 Fraud Blvd." on an incorrectly spelled "Staton Island, N.Y." -- to enter the building Wednesday for a meeting with DHS officials.

What was the purpose of DeCell's meet with DHS?...other than to show what a joke is "homeland security?"

DeCell belongs to this group 911FAS Many of the members are retired NYPD/NYFD, and all lost family members on 911. Illegal immigration has risen to the top of their agenda, and he went to DHS with the intention of exposing them. He was successful. I'm also betting if her wasn't retired NYPD he'd be in jail.
