--POLICE ARE CONTINUING TO SEARCH FOR A POSSIBLE SNIPER AFTER A JUDGE WAS APPARENTLY SHOT IN THE COURTHOUSE IN DOWNTOWN RENO. SPEAKING UNDER LOCKDOWN CONDITIONS, JUDGE JERRY POLAHA IDENTIFIED THE VICTIM AS FAMILY COURT JUDGE CHUCK WELLER. POLAHA SAID WELLER HAD BEEN SHOT IN THE CHEST WHILE ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE. THE SHOT IS BELIEVED TO HAVE COME FROM OUTSIDE THE BUILDING. POLAHA MENTIONED THAT IT'S NOT KNOWN IF THE SHOT WAS MEANT FOR WELLER, OR IF IT MIGHT SIMPLY BE A RANDOM GUNSHOT.

Was this judge corrupt? Or, was he applying the law?

If he was corrupt, then there are other ways to remove him from office. Where those ways unsuccessful? If so, then the fault lies in the process and efforts should be focused on changing the process.

If he was applying the law, then this is murder. Efforts should have been directed toward changing the law. Perhaps an arguement could be made that those that passed the law were "fair game." Even then, efforts should have been directed toward changing the law.

I'm hard pressed to justify murder.

The American people can still take our country back without firing a shot, and I don't want to see this unless there is no other choice.

No, but it's OK when the government does it in the form of Waco, Ruby Ridge, Rainbow Farm, Iraq, etc.

Until the government employees die for their actions, right or wrong, the country's dead.

That's exactly why the Founding Fathers put the Second Amendment in the Constitution.

Well I think you should get used to it. Americans have been living in a false state of security for 150 years, that the American Government has made sure no one else enjoys. This false state of security is rapidly degenerating into a full blown police state, complete with S.W.A.T. / Hostage Rescue / Internal C.I.A. / Homeland Security Troops / FEMA etc.,

You're right about the stench, death is on our door step. However, the death squads will be provided by you, at your taxpayer expense, through your tithes to government by your taxpayer supported government drones.

I have finally realized that everyone doesn't come to the same conclusions at the same time. Patience is necessary on the part of those with knowledge and study is necessary for those without it.

Most of us grew up believing that the U.S. was always the good guy. The historical record proves this is untrue. Many just refuse to study the facts because they don't want to be exposed to this truth because it would demand they respond in an appropriate manner. Usually, we have to be personally attacked before we wake up to the tyranny of our own government.

That's not the worst of it. The force of arms used to humble the world at large is being aimed within now. The American people have become the latest target of the U.S. Govt. ... and the truly regrettable thing about this situation is that Americans will be abusing / incarcerating and killing Americans ... for a paycheck.
