--POLICE ARE CONTINUING TO SEARCH FOR A POSSIBLE SNIPER AFTER A JUDGE WAS APPARENTLY SHOT IN THE COURTHOUSE IN DOWNTOWN RENO. SPEAKING UNDER LOCKDOWN CONDITIONS, JUDGE JERRY POLAHA IDENTIFIED THE VICTIM AS FAMILY COURT JUDGE CHUCK WELLER. POLAHA SAID WELLER HAD BEEN SHOT IN THE CHEST WHILE ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE. THE SHOT IS BELIEVED TO HAVE COME FROM OUTSIDE THE BUILDING. POLAHA MENTIONED THAT IT'S NOT KNOWN IF THE SHOT WAS MEANT FOR WELLER, OR IF IT MIGHT SIMPLY BE A RANDOM GUNSHOT.

Seriously, this guy must've really pissed someone off...i.e. totally destroyed their life. Family court. Must've removed an innocent man's children from him I'll guess....When TheSystem is corrupt, and people have NO WAY to remove oficials because TheSystem is RIGGED..judges who make immoral rulings which destroy innocent lives are indeed targets for the person whose life they ruined.

I believe a Founder stated something to the effect that when people no longer are allowed a peaceful means to make change, bad things will happen.

IMO, it IS too late to make change w/in TheSystem. There are enough "nutcases" out there that will seek other means instead of wait it out.

Oh my yes. I worked in family court. These political hacks follow no law that I know of. They're two bit tyrants who wouldn’t know justice if they tripped over it. I agree. The American people have been too docile for too long. Since we’re only about one spin from completely sliding the crapper, I have no problem with some street justice.

Who passed the law?

If there is injustice, then the people must act upon it.

If you think that "street justice" is the only way to deal with this, then we, the people, are in anarchy.

If that is the case, then the Constitution doesn't matter to you, and you, in my opinion, don't uphold it.

When will it be time for open warfare? I don't know. But this BS that you are pushing, ie, "street justice," doesn't seem to me consistent with supporting the US Constitution.

So, what should I conclude? You're a "plant?" You're "excited?"

I don't know. But I do know that your "way" isn't the "way."

The Constitution??? Shrub said it's a goddamned piece of paper. Judges, the POTUS and the Congress prove it everyday. It is dead. The only way to revive it according to Jefferson is with the blood of patriots and tyrants. Give that speech to Jefferson's ghost. The System is rigged and change can NOT be brought about within it.

Actually Indie, that right is inherent. Rights do not come from constitutions; constitutions might or might not respect rights.

'Tis true though the 2nd amendment is a nod in this direction.

We can debate what degree of provocation justifies open revolt; in one instance, for some freedom-loving men, it was a small thing, the last in a long train of abuses, with a pattern of growing tyranny.
