I got my notice from the election board today. My voting place (like voting matters) is within sight of my house. In 2020 it was in a definite no-go zone for whitey.
They also have early voting at Ivy Tech starting Monday. I can check out the little girlies.
You'll be missing a marathon rerun of PBS' salute to Bela Abzug.
I don't know how I got upstairs last weekend. Somehow I did though.
I hate these short weekends with Kim. She's thinking it might take her six months to a year before she can clear her Monday schedule. I may not last that long.
She might not be too happy with me, the flowers weren't good at Kroger yesterday.
He's all nice and clean and smelling of Stetson. Yum.
GAK! I don't remember who bought me that, it was probably Marla. I much prefer smelling of women's perfume. When I'd go up to the liquor store and Cari hugged me, I could smell her perfume on me when I got back to my office out of my smoke-filled truck. That was hot.

I'll let that one slide, her death was tragic. She went in for a routine heart stent op and was given the Covid-19 shot against her will. She died less than a year later.
I wish I knew what perfume that was. Jim only buys me flowers.
We worked Pearl Jam in Chicago at Soldier Field in 1996. It was the same stage as the main stage Woodstock 94. When the crowd started to body surf, there was no way to keep them off the front of the stage.
My boss was hollering he didn't want anyone on the front of the stage. I told him, "There is no way to keep them off. It will be just like Woodstock."
We had a barricade out in the middle of the crowd with 15 guys doing nothing. I called the Supervisor on the radio and told him, "Send half your crew up on the front of the stage to help out."
Neither one of them were at Woodstock 94, but I was and it was the road trip from hell because of the bus crash on I-80 in SW Pennsylvania in a construction zone on the bridge over the Shenango River.
The crash involved three busses and two trucks, but the story in the newspaper got it wrong. They sent ambulances from as far away as Cleveland.
One guy, when the excitement was over, he sat down next to a guard rail and went into shock. I hollered, "We got a man down over here!" A Medic came over and put an IV in his arm. I was on the other side of the guard rail. I stuck my hand in the air and the medic put the IV bag in my hand. That was Ivan. He got the good looking nurse in the ambulance.
One of the bus drivers was pinned in the wreck for an hour. When they got him out, he gave us the thumbs up, and we all cheered. We found out later he lost both legs at the knee. :-/
