Jury Trial.... the last protection against tyranical government and unjust laws.

This is important because of Agenda 21 and the use of environmental laws to steal property rights and for other similar cases where an injustice is taking place.

Do jurors have a role in determining the legitimacy of law? Join Freedom 21 Santa Cruz guest Iloilo Jones and learn what Jury Nullification is all about.

Know your rights so that you can protect the rights of others - and they can protect yours should it become necessary.

Fully Informed Jury Association

Love it.

In a quick in-and-out, me and a buddy once distributed pamphlets to a jury pool assembled in the county courthouse.

Now Doc, I admit that sounds mighty purty after a toke; but Rufus is just gonna take yer blunt, too.

The jury trial system presuppossed a literate and educated citizenship for the jury pool or at least a screened jury pool of registered voters who had passed basic literacy poll tests. Poll tests are now "racist" and thus illegal. And education in this country is not what it used to be. With scientific jury selection methods a stacked jury can easily be picked by a government with vast resources to use such experts.

All in all the "Jury Trial" offers next to no protection in this country. Especially considering that prosecutors can now simply invent a "crime" as they go along in their open ended investigations of their target. Martha Stewart and Mike Milken are two of the highest profile examples of this. Their wealth and ability to buy herds of lawyers and press flaks is what got them their minor prison sentances but they still got time. A regular joe against the Feds? Done- say goodnight. If they want to throw you in the slam they will and their is nothing you can do about it. They will simply put 90 indictments on your head and then select a dumb as rocks jury and make you either go through the torture of trial and risk 30 years in the slam or plea bargain out for 10 years.

I have three things to say to you...

1. It doesn't take a college degree to determine if something is fair or not.

2. Whether you liked the verdict or not (I didn't) - the jury system did protect OJ Simpson.

3. The reason I posted this was to educate my fellow citizens on the jury system. The reason why FIJA posted their website and all of their information was to educate all of us.

If you are living in a place where the people are dumb as a box of rocks, then it's your choice to continue to live there, move or try to share this information with your neighbors.
