During a discussion about the recent strike from Ukraine into Russia, which was done with Biden’s blessing, Rogan told his guest, music producer Scott Storch, that there should be laws preventing outgoing administrations from making such drastic foreign policy moves. “How are you allowed to do that when you’re on your way out? People don’t want you to be there anymore. There should be some sort of pause for significant actions that could potentially start World War III,” Rogan asserted. “Maybe that would be a good thing that we would like to avoid from a dying former president. The whole thing is nuts.” Rogan added, “Zelensky says Putin is terrified. F-ck you, man. F-ck you people.
