A lie against the Creator.

Methane production would be a defect, a waste of energy that the animal needs to survive.

Edomites hate God and lie against Him.

God indicates in the Bible that cattle be singled out for special recognition. God is pleased with His creation of the cow...as well He should be.

Psalm 50:10: "For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills"
