BREAKING: Judge dismisses Daniel Penny manslaughter charge [Because of deadlocked jury]

By dismissing that charge the jury can now consider the secondary lesser charge and then the state can appeal the dismissal of the first charge and if it's overturned they can retry him on the first charge only. Maybe that's the plan, to salvage this trial as much as possible.
