“According to a survey by the opinion research institute INSA for BILD, 24 percent of Germans would vote for Weidel as chancellor. 1005 people were surveyed on December 18 and 19 – i.e. before the Attack on a Christmas market in Magdeburg.
For Weidel, this is not only three points more than in the previous week. It is also a four-point lead over Merz! The CDU politician slips down one point compared to the previous week. In other words, 20 percent of those surveyed would vote for Merz.”
