Dr Horse takes more than that 3 times daily. Nattokinase and Bromelain are to be taken 2 hours after and before eating with liquid, not food. Otherwise it just digests food and and spike proteins and blood clots. Other studies say take more Nattokinase and Bromelain. Blood has a shear factor. Sugar increases it which hurts your arteries. Nattokinase reduces blood shear factor saving your arteries.

Thanks for the info. Pac has me taking Nattokinase for the last year I'll get the Bromelain and Curcumin ordered.

I'm still required to take the shots but I don't. Myself and a lot of the other physicians in my group work together with each other to sidestep the mandate. The less said the better about that.

I know Jim worries about me after losing so many friends and TBH I do too.

I only know of one guy that was killed by Covid 19. He was 42 and I used to work with him. He died up north and is buried here at Memory Gardens. :-/
