I'm a diabetic. The only time I've ever had a low blood sugar event was in the Allen County jail when a gal swatted me and said I beat her up. Of course, I didn't do that, but while in lock up, pre booking, I hadn't eaten for a long time. When they were taking my picture and stuff, I about passed out and the jail Dr./nurse made me stick my finger. It was crazy low (56?) or something. She gave me a glucose thing, like a pack of ketchup or something to consume. Later, in the four person cell, they gave me a cookie and an apple. I ate the cookie, but I don't have teeth from the car accident in 2013. I asked the guys, "Who wants an apple? I don't have fucking teeth, or should we call the call the guard and ask for a knife to split it?" The Company bailed me out shortly thereafter, the prick PA wouldn't wouldn't drop the BS charges, my shitbag lawyer pled it down to 26 weeks of Non-Violence classes (4 hrs on Thursdays). They covered the bill. Met some cool fellas in those BS classes. I had those "counselors" at that joint so mad, that they needed non-violence classes themselves by the time they were done with me.
