"I don't buy the claim that Trump forced Jews into this deal. Israel doesn't answer to the US no matter who the President is. A harsh phone call from Trump's Jewish Middle East envoy isn't going to make Bibi do shit he doesn't want to do.

Assuming the stories about verbal pressure on Bibi from Trump are real, the question is, would the Trump administration withhold shipments of weapons or aid to Israel to force their hand? Of course not, that is completely absurd. Nor did it ever get to that.

Jews do not answer to the President. Period. A significant section of the Jewish community is behind this. They have wanted a way out of the Gaza quagmire for a while and are using the change of administration to offer Bibi this face saving narrative.

The tell on this is the Labor and Blue & White party Jews are backing Bibi on this while the far right are frozen out and kvetching. Lower time preference Jews see the developments in Syria and the US election as an opportunity to try to restabilize Israel.

There is no real way it gets better for Israel than it is right now if they continue the same way for another year. Hamas was growing, not being destroyed. Sure, Jews could kill thousands and thousands more Palestinians, but the strategic goal of taking the strip was out of reach

Jews claimed Northern Gaza was clear about a year ago. They had to launch a new operation in October to clear it again. In this operation they suffered over 100 dead and thousands of casualties to Hamas ambushes and still came no closer to eliminating them.

The Jewish ground forces are simply not large enough or good enough fighters to take and hold territory and administer it. So re-occupying Gaza long term would be impossible. And destroying Hamas was clearly impossible, as recent Jewish intelligence reports confirmed.

The only real military option for Israel was just murdering everyone in Gaza, something which Jews are absolutely capable of both materially and morally, but which more intelligent Jews see as politically risky. Bibi's far right coalition had become an annoyance in this regard.

For Jews the question was, do we just go ahead and murder everyone, or do we do this deal. This was the debate. Lots of Jews wanted to do the former, but the majority of jews in America wanted the latter. In their view Israel would not politically survive open genocide.

So we have this odd situation where Trump is now acting as a proxy for the optics Jews, when he has so long been associated with the tunnel jew coalition. Strange twist of fate, but nonetheless, if a substantial portion of Jewish power was not behind this, it would never happen."

A rainbow coalition against Jews doesn't require Whites or Pro-Whites. It can be just as brown or anti-white as you like.
