The Israeli regime forces have attacked, with bullets and teargas canisters, the Palestinian prisoners families, who had gathered outside a prison in the occupied West Bank, waiting for their release as part of the ceasefire deal.
The attack was carried out outside Ofer Prison, the day the regime was expected to release 90 of the prisoners as part of a ceasefire deal reached recently with the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas.
The agreement, which was initiated on Sunday, is expected to end the regimes 15-month-long genocidal war on Gaza that has so far claimed the lives of nearly 47,000 Palestinians, mostly women and children.
Reports said Israeli forces wounded at least seven Palestinians during the attack.
