Turmeric, curcumin, curry powder, cayenne. I add turmeric, black pepper and curry powder to my vegetable stew. I take a capsule of cayenne 3 times a day with meals. I had been taking it twice a day, but it has so many benefits. It also stimulates digestion of proteins as well as blood circulation.
