Joseph Molina Flynn, a municipal court judge and immigration lawyer in Rhode Island, resigned after federal agents conducted a raid on his Providence law office Thursday. The FBI, along with Homeland Security, carried out a court-authorized search of the premises, seizing numerous documents and electronic devices.
Several federal agents were seen entering the building, with law enforcement vehicles lined up outside. According to reports, agents exited the office carrying multiple boxes wrapped in pink evidence bags. The reason for the investigation has not been disclosed, but officials confirmed it began before President Donald Trump returned to office.
