can take Philly gov to court after officials ruled it suicide, judge rules The family of Ellen Greenberg, who died from 20 stab wounds in 2011, with half of them going into her back and neck, can take the city of Philadelphia to court after officials at the time of her death ruled the case a suicide, a judge ruled on Friday. The case has grown to be controversial when then-Greenberg's fiancé Samuel Goldberg claimed that her death was a suicide rather than a homicide. The city ruled the case a suicide and Greenberg's parents have accused the city of falsely labeling it as such to cover up a botched homicide investigation, according to NBC Philadelphia.
The jury selection in the trial will begin on Monday after the judge ruled on Friday that the case will go to trial. Im hoping were going to prove that Ellen did not commit suicide," Josh Greenberg, Ellen's father, told the outlet. Thats what this is all about. Justice for Ellen.

When I was in high school, Ike was President and LBJ was Senate Majority leader. A man'sdeath was ruled a suicide in a corruption case in Texas which was somewhat related to LBJ's chief of staff.
A Texas coroner ruled this a suicide. A man shot himself in the back with a double barreled shotgun. He was still alive so he rleaoded and shot himself in the back twicw again. He was still alive so he reloaded and shot himself successfully. It seems that the fifth blast from a shotgun in the back killed him.
