Source: @zerohedge Mark hannawa @SharkAir68 I’ve worked in general aviation (GA) for over a decade. The FAA is not the only agency that is in the dumpsters. We have to deal with TSA, SEVIS, DOT, NTSB, and VA. Every one of these agencies is in shambles. With all the funding they get, you would think they would be the best and equipped, but sadly, they are worse than you can imagine. Wokeness and DEI policies are the common denominator to all of these agencies. These were the only policy changes that were implemented over the past 4 years. Common sense!!!

Applying DEI to something as specialised as ATC is the height of stupidity, even criminal. The same goes for all areas of Aviation. Look up James Reason's 'Swiss Cheese / Dartboard' risk model. DEI removes whole layers of protection. _____________________ ----------------
