$70 billion? Even if one was "pro abortion" why would they want their tax payer dollars to be sent overseas for this?

To put just this particular category of spending by USAID into perspective, at present, the United States of America has about 15,000 highway bridges that are assessed as being in "dangerous" disrepair.
Just a small fraction of the money sent overseas by USAID to fund garbage like this, could have REPLACED each and every one of our own highway bridges. ALL OF THEM!
