Judge Kasubhai wrote in a law review article that “most intercourse is r*pe” and that “heterosexual relations per se are infused with violence and control.” When speaking with the Oregon State Bar he stated that conventional evidence has to be set aside in the interests of diversity, equity and inclusion. He has said our country is “deeply steeped in Islamophobia.” In 1994 he discussed how property rights incite rebellion.
