Quite a bit early to be taking a poll when Harris is the most recognized D name right now. That's really all the poll is at this point: a contest of whose name is most recognizable. Yes, R's would be thrilled to have Harris be the D choice again. Keep in mind that Harris has never even won even a single state primary, ever.
