All of IN, MI, KY & TN should be on central time rather than eastern. As it is, Noon (Solar/high noon) occurs about 1345 during DST (winter), and 1245 during standard time (summer).
Drives me crazy. It should be on standard all year so high noon is within +/- 30 minutes O' the clock. I keep my day-clock (only shows Sun-Sat, one hand, noon and midnight are the only divisions) set to solar time.
At least the clock in the Clown Car is right again.
