Zeaxanthin benefits

Zeaxanthin is a carotenoid with potent antioxidant properties that offer several health benefits, particularly for eye health. It helps reduce the risk of age-related macular degeneration (AMD), glaucoma, and cataracts.

I eat 4 eggs a day so I guess I am OK. I am thinking that Far Red and Infrared light therapy from an incandesceny light bulb will activate all these nutrients I am taking. Light bulbs used to be made by glass blowers. I want to make incandescent light bulbs like Edison did which is to say they never burn out. No planned obsolescence.

I want to use these Far Red and Infrared lights for human health and also to enrich plants in green houses. Plant growth is regulated by nutrients and energy.Humans are regulated by an endocrine system. Plants only by energy and nutrients so I can grow crops very quickly in a green house with soil biology, nutrients and High Energy incandescent bulbs.
