Damascus has condemned the Israeli air strike and ground incursions in the Daraa Governorate, in southern Syria, and called for an international investigation into the violations of its sovereignty and the crimes committed against its citizens, Anadolu reported.
In a statement, the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the ongoing Israeli aggression on Syrian territories, which it said had escalated significantly in the village of Koya in western Daraa.
The statement described the attack as involving intensive artillery and aerial bombardment targeting residential and agricultural areas, resulting in the deaths of six civilians, with the death toll expected to rise due to serious injuries.
