Donald Trump called it 'disgraceful' that Judge James Boasberg has somehow been assigned to another case involving his administration and claimed the Obama appointee is 'grabbing' them as an act of retribution.
Boasberg has already become one of Trump's most hated judges after ruling in mid-March to block Trump's deportation flights of illegal immigrant gang members.
The move has led Trump to accuse Boasberg of trying to 'usurp the power of the presidency' while Republicans have argued for the judge to be impeached - leading Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts to defend Boasberg.
Now, Trump says Boasberg has managed the 'statistically impossible' task of being assigned another case against the Trump administration.
The case was brought forth by a watchdog group against several members of the Trump administration over accidentally adding a journalist to a Signal chat in which they were discussing sensitive plans to attack Houthi targets in Yemen.
Trump spoke out against Boasberg's appointment in a post to Truth Social just after midnight Thursday.
'How disgraceful is it that 'Judge' James Boasberg has just been given a fourth "Trump Case," something which is, statistically, IMPOSSIBLE,' he said.
