We were supposed to work Guns 'N' Roses in Chicago back in the late 80s. St. Louis County sent a couple of detectives with a warrant for Axl Rose for inciting a riot. Someone called the hotel and tipped him off. He took the next flight out of town. We still got paid for the night We were all in the bar toasting Axl Rose, "Here's to Axl Rose may he never have a puckered bung hole." I bet he sent them some tall cash to settle it. ;)
