The Emperor of Japan offered to FDR in 1936 to pull out of China, break his alliance with Germany and become an ally of the US against Soviet Communism's expnsion in Asia. The German military and the head of German Intelligince Abwehr offered in March of 1939 to arrest Hitler to stop the war. The Bank of England which was then owned primarily y the Rothschilds had loaned Hitler 350 million pounds ($1.75 billion in 1935-36 so he could buy weapons from Vickers and use Imperial Chemicals to help rebuild Farben.
All offers to end WW II before it started were refused so the Allies killed 58 million people after the other side had tried to surrender.
