“The plan, beginning in June, was approved by the state’s Department of Natural Resources in response to an overpopulation of geese. Golf courses, parks, and lake associations say they’re a public health risk — these decisions are being left to a handful of lakefront homeowners who want geese exterminated for convenience.”
